In the case of an event being cancelled by a promoter, customers will be entitled to a full refund of their ticket purchase.

In most cases of an event being postponed by a promoter, customers will have a choice of receiving a full refund of their ticket purchase or using or exchanging those tickets for the rescheduled event.

In most cases of an event being postponed by a promoter due to weather, customers will have a choice of receiving a full refund of their ticket purchase or using or exchanging those tickets for the rescheduled event. In the case that the event continues as planned, and is not rescheduled, tickets will not be refunded unless specified by the promoter.

Are your tickets more expensive than if I purchase them directly from the event organizer/attraction?

Ticket prices and discounts vary depending on the nature of our contracts with the Travel Agents, promoters, event organizers or venues. However, tickets purchased through Tajiz™, are typically no more expensive, and in most cases, are actually less expensive than purchasing directly. Tickets purchased at Tajiz™, can be discounted as much as 30% less than if purchased otherwise.

Yes you may pay by cash by reserving your tickets and selecting either one of the following options when you make a purchase:

· C.O.D. (cash on delivery)
· Pick up at Will Call
· Pick up at a remote ticket distribution location

All ticket sales are final, except in the occurrence of an event cancellation or postponement by the event promoter or provider.

The security code on your credit card is required for the credit card owner’s protection. Providing the security code on your credit card, helps to assures us that the purchaser is the owner of the card.
